Gilead Sciences, Inc. en Galapagos NV kondigen aan dat de Europese Commissie (EC) de handelsvergunning voor Jyseleca® (filgotinib 200 mg en 100 mg tabletten) heeft verleend, een eenmaal daagse, orale, JAK1 remmer voor de behandeling van volwassenen met matige tot ernstige actieve reumatoïde artritis (RA, in de volksmond reuma) die eerder onvoldoende hebben gereageerd op of intolerant zijn voor ziekte-modificerende anti-reumatische geneesmiddelen (DMARDs).
