NTrans Technologies closes Series A Investment to Accelerate Development of Gene Editing Therapy
NTrans Technologies (NTrans), a leader in gene editing technologies, announced a Series A investment of 2 million Euros, led by Essential Investments, together with BOP Capital, Utrecht Health Seed Fund, and Starfish Innovations. ENPICOM, an innovative bioinformatics software engineering company, announced that Zai Lab Limited has signed a subscription agreement for ENPICOM’s IGX Platform. Forse Stijging Verwacht van Overheidsuitgaven voor R&D en Innovatie
Nederland zal de komende jaren aanmerkelijk meer uitgeven aan R&D en innovatie dan in de afgelopen periode. De uitgaven van de rijksoverheid zullen naar verwachting in 2025 met 9,2 miljard euro een kwart hoger liggen dan in 2019 (7,3 miljard). Dat blijkt uit het jaarlijkse overzicht van het Rathenau Instituut van de totale investeringen in wetenschap en innovatie (TWIN-rapport 2019-2025).
