Join the Dutch Lounge at Nordic Life Science Days 2024
The Nordic Life Science Days (NLSDays) is the premiere venue for doing business with Nordic life science companies and where new international connections are made in the Nordics. Major industry partners as well as VCs will be present. For Life Science companies interested in exploring opportunities in the Nordics, the NLSDays offer an excellent platform to get connected with the Nordic ecosystem.
This year the NLSDays will be held in Malmö, Sweden, from September 17-19. Last year’s edition in Copenhagen attracted ±50 companies from the Netherlands. We aim is to repeat the success with a large Dutch presence and thereby increase the competitiveness of Dutch companies on the Nordic LSH market. In order to facilitate Dutch companies interested in the Nordic market, the Dutch Embassy in Sweden, Trade and Innovate NL partners, Health Valley NL and Health Holland are organizing a Dutch Lounge and collective side programme during the NLSDays.
Who should join?
We invite biotechs, medtechs, service providers, investors and organizations from the Netherlands to join us at the NLSDays, 17-19 September 2024.
For service providers NLSDays is the premier event in the Nordics where new connections are made. The Swedish drug discovery and development pipeline includes some 350 projects and most of the work is performed by service providers. For biotechs Find new investors to pitch for and many service providers to help you succeed. At NLSdays you will find major industry partners as well as VCs (see above link for collaborators).

Costs and practicalities
NLSDays 2024 will be held at Malmömässan, a modern meeting facility situated in a central location in the heart of Hyllie with its own train station, 10 minutes from Copenhagen Airport (Øresund Bridge) and 15 minutes from Malmö Central.
The participation fee to join the Dutch Lounge at NLSDays 2024 is € 1500 for the first participant from each company, and an additional € 1200 per extra participant. This includes:
- Entrance ticket to the NLSDays at a discounted rate; giving you access to all presentations and sessions during the event (full programme available here);
- Visibility with logo and presentation of your company in the Dutch Lounge;
- Welcome reception at the residence of the Netherlands Ambassdor to Denmark;
- Networking reception at the Dutch Lounge, inaugurated by the Netherlands Ambassdor to Sweden;
- Participation in the side program on Sept 17;
- Participation in all official NLSDays side events, including an official networking reception and after party, facilitated networking and partnering.
Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense. We can offer suggestions for travel and hotel stay, but participating companies are responsible for arranging those themselves.
